本イベント(JANOG58)の協賛申し込みにあたり、協賛企業の皆さまからご提供いただく個人情報は、以下の事業者が取得し、利用目的の範囲で適切に取り扱います。

JANOG(日本ネットワーク・オペレーターズ・グループ)は、本イベントの企画・運営方針の策定を行う団体であり、
協賛申し込み情報の管理および取扱いは、当社および株式会社イーサイドが担当します。
1. 取得する個人情報の項目
協賛申し込みフォームへの入力等により、以下の情報を取得します。
- 氏名
- 連絡先情報(メールアドレス・電話番号 など)
- 所属に関する情報(会社名・学校名 等)
- 協賛に関する情報(協賛種別、出展・展示に関する情報、担当者情報、希望事項、アンケート回答 など)
2. 利用目的
取得した個人情報は、以下の目的で利用します。
- 本イベント(JANOG58)の運営および協賛企業管理のため
- 協賛に関する連絡、案内、審査のため
- 協賛企業の属性分析やイベント改善のための統計処理(個人を特定できない形に限る)
- 緊急時(災害・中止時等)における連絡のため
- イベント公式ウェブサイト等に協賛企業名を掲載するため
3. 個人情報の取り扱いについて
本イベントの運営にあたり、当社および株式会社イーサイドは、協賛申し込みの管理システムを通じて個人情報を取り扱います。
両社は、利用目的達成に必要な範囲で個人情報を確認・利用し、目的外利用や不必要な外部提供は行いません。
JANOGはイベントの企画・方針策定を行いますが、協賛申し込みに関わる個人情報の管理・取扱いは行いません。
本イベントの運営にあたり、個人情報の取扱いを外部事業者に委託する場合があります。
委託にあたっては、個人情報保護法に基づき、適切な安全管理措置を講じる事業者を選定し、契約等により必要かつ適切な監督を行います。
4. 免責事項
- 本イベントへの協賛に関連して当事者間に発生したトラブル、損害等については、当会に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、当会は責任を負いません。
- 会場内での貴重品・手荷物の管理は参加者ご自身の責任で行ってください。紛失・盗難について当会は責任を負いません。
- 悪天候その他、運営上やむを得ない事情によりイベントを中止または内容変更する場合があります。中止等によって生じた損害について、当会は責任を負いかねます。
5. 同意について
上記内容をご確認のうえ、ご同意いただける場合は申込フォーム内の該当項目にチェックを入れてください。
ご同意いただけない場合は協賛申し込みを完了することができません。

JANOG (Japan Network Operators' Group) is an organization responsible for planning and formulating operational policies for this event. Management and handling of sponsorship application information is undertaken by the Company and e-side Co., Ltd.
1. Personal Information Items to be Collected
The following information will be collected through the sponsorship application form:
- Name
- Contact information (email address, phone number, etc.)
- Affiliation information (company name, school name, etc.)
- Sponsorship-related information (sponsorship category, exhibition/display details, contact person details, requests, questionnaire responses, etc.)
2. Purposes of Use
Collected personal information will be used for the following purposes:
- Operation and sponsoring company management of this event (JANOG58)
- Communication, guidance, and review related to sponsorship
- Attribute analysis of sponsoring companies and statistical processing for event improvement (in a form that does not identify individuals)
- Communication in emergencies (disasters, cancellations, etc.)
- Publication of sponsoring company names on the official event website
3. Handling of Personal Information
In operating this event, the Company and e-side Co., Ltd. will handle personal information through the sponsorship application management system.
Both companies will access and use personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use, and will not use it for purposes other than those stated or provide it to external parties unnecessarily.
JANOG is responsible for event planning and policy formulation but does not manage or handle personal information related to sponsorship applications.
In operating this event, handling of personal information may be outsourced to external service providers.
When outsourcing, we will select service providers that implement appropriate security measures in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and we will provide necessary and appropriate supervision through contracts or other means.
4. Disclaimer
- JANOG shall not be liable for troubles or damages that occur between parties in connection with sponsorship of this event, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of JANOG.
- Management of valuables and baggage within the venue is the responsibility of each participant. JANOG shall not be liable for loss or theft.
- The event may be canceled or its content changed due to bad weather or other unavoidable operational circumstances. JANOG shall not be liable for damages caused by cancellation or changes.
5. Consent
After reviewing the above, if you agree, please check the corresponding item in the application form.
If you do not agree, you will not be able to complete your sponsorship application.
